You don't need to be a martial arts expert or have any prior experience to benefit from our Shinobi Fitness Class. Our instructors tailor the workouts to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, our classes will meet you where you are and help you progress at your own pace.

Fitness doesn't have to be mundane and repetitive! At Windsor Terrace Martial Arts, we believe in making every workout session exciting and engaging. Our Shinobi Fitness Class incorporates a variety of training methods and innovative exercises, ensuring that you'll never be bored. Some of our favorite exercises are Turkish get ups, Bulgarian split squats, Russian twists, Romanian dead lifts, Russian pumps to name a few!
